Partners by Faith
Partners by Faith is an outreach initiative aimed at involving congregations of all faiths, sizes and means in Habitat’s ministry.
Richmond’s faith community actively extends love and compassion to those in need. Richmond Habitat has many partnerships within this faith community. The Apostles’ Build brings together 12 churches to sponsor a Habitat house. District 9 Presbyterian churches have partnered with Richmond Habitat and built 5 homes. Bon Air Friends of Habitat is an interfaith consortium of congregations that has built 11 houses in partnership with Habitat and deserving families. In 2006, eight diverse Christian and non-Christian congregations came together to build the second House of Faith.
Partners by Faith Program. This initiative provides five levels of involvement so each faith community can establish a productive partnership with Habitat to end substandard housing in metro Richmond. All five levels of partnerships will:

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!:
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
We need volunteers Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays for on site building! No experience necessary! Please give us a helping hand to finish homes in Chamberlayne Estates, the 1st Habitat for Humanity neighborhood in Henrico County. Volunteers needed for summer months.
