A Special Invitation to all: Community Service & Not-for-Profit Organization Leaders…
Become a Community Kindness Partner. It’s simple, significant and free!
“Wherever there is a human being,
There is an opportunity for kindness”
- Seneca, philosopher (4 BC)
Here’s all you have to do:
• Complete a short form indicating your wish to become a Community Kindness Partner.
• When you have time tell us about your current programs and activities that and serving the community.
• Indicate if you would like to respond to any specific community needs. Our first project is supporting kindness in our schools. Read more about those opportunities.
We are pleased to feature you and your events on our:
• Free Church and Community Calendar of Events
• Free Community Kindness Partners Directory – linking back to your site and any news of kindness events that you “report” to us.
You are welcome to create a “Wish List” if you would like community support to achieve your kindness goals. Send us a brief description of your organization, goals and people you serve and include volunteer and other needs. We’ll put that in our Kindness Opportunities section.
Please consider helping us spread the message of kindness by:
• Placing a Community Kindness banner on your website (we provide).
• Announcing Community Kindness Partners and kindness events/activities to your staff and supporters.
• Contributing your ideas and suggestions for spreading the message and experience of kindness throughout our community and beyond.
We know that the work of your organization is about responding to specific needs with kindness, compassion and practical support. We want to support your efforts. Please let us know if you are offering any programs in the schools that we might be able to support through our Kindness in Our Schools suggestions. Is there another community need that we should be featuring?
A question – we have the ability to create a separate directory on SpotlightRichmond.com for community and not-for-profit organizations. Would this be a benefit to you? The directory would be free and could link to your website.
